Mending Heart Shock

Discover the intriguing Shen/Hammer lineage concept of Heart Shock. This theory proposes that certain traumas can enter the heart like a pathogen. To address this, we offer an energy work session specifically designed to support the heart. However, we do not delve into the Eastern medicine perspective of the pericardium, which is a fascinating topic worth researching. One of our participants, a practitioner, has found that applying pressure to the pericardium 6 point (a quick Google search can provide more details) has been extremely beneficial for both her and her patients. Unfortunately, this part of the discussion was not recorded as it occurred during the participant sharing segment. However, I wanted to highlight it here for your own exploration and discovery.
