Take a deep dive into the relationships we have with ourselves, our community and the earth. Sola, is the Spanish word for single, or on your own. Women living the single life, have been craving connection. The past 1 & 1/2 years has been excruciating for many. This six week course is a nourishing mix of astrology, group sessions, tools and healing. We think, that people who wield their relationship status like they're, “more enlightened than single people”, SUCK. There ARE things you can do to draw in healthy love but it’s NOT your fault if you are alone in this world.

Building support systems and ceremonies. We have created this to fill a gap in the community. As we head into a second year of pandemic the isolation and loneliness has affected our single clients in a very nuanced way. People alone, hungry for connection and touch have hit multiple lows.

Molly
Feels like one of the luckiest humans for finding her lifelong partner in love and everything that love includes. They found each other and have shared their lives and love for each other for the past decade. Their love has encompassed loving many fur, feathered, and shell babies together as well as nurturing friendships, dreams, and their community. Each day they're together, Molly is held with compassion, unconditional love, acceptance, laughter, and joy which in turn coaxes her into becoming a more healed and whole version of herself. Regina
With Spanish-Cuban heritage and born in Lebanon, Regina shares the importance of having the courage to stand up for our own happiness by not staying in a marriage feeling SOLA anymore. While working on a very busy Valentine’s night at her restaurant in Laos, she trusted her inner voice and gifted herself a ticket to travel and explore Singapore and Fiji on the way to “returning” home to Oregon to be with her adult children. Last thing she ever imagined was that her Fiji stop over (now going on four years) would bring her to the love of her life to whom she is now happily married. She has embraced the island life “Full Speed No Brakes”. Regina does not know what tomorrow brings but learned years ago after a NDE that all we have is the here & now and everything manifests in God’s timing. Love has always been what fuels her life. Her favorite expression in Spanish is “La vida son dos días” which she adds to it “Ayer y hoy”. So let’s embrace today! BOOM!

Frequently Asked Questions
If you have been living without true partnership, you are considered single and welcome to join us. Are you dating? On the verge of a new relationship? Have you given up on love? Either way, you decide if you want to join. We won't be checking your status.
Nope. Most classes will be pre-recorded and you can move at your own pace. In addition there are three live session per week for you to join in and connect with other Solas. There are not requirements for attendance.
Access to the classes with continue for 6 months. The live session will end at the end of the 6-weeks. If you want to keep working with the facilitators you can do that be scheduling sessions with them individually.
