Consent Is THE Most Important
When working energetically, the most important thing to keep in mind is enthusiastic consent. You never have to read, you never have to be read. Being a witness is just as powerful a way to participate in Magic Mondays as being active.
We use language like, “I invite you to…”, “who feels ready to to…”. We celebrate both participation AND sitting out.
This is a place to make mistakes. This is a place for your inner "Phychic kindergartener to get a chance to play, ask questions and validate your healing gifts.
