As an experienced Executive Director, Social Impact Executive, Business consultant, Risk manager and Public speaker, Bri values storytelling, feats of physical endurance, and complex business puzzles that involve humans + numbers.
Bri has been hired by both nonprofit and for profit agencies for her ability to analyze trends, coach individuals and teams, build stuff that works, and save organizations from imminent collapse. From 2019-2024 Bri served as the Executive Director of the west coasts oldest domestic violence agency as its longest serving Executive Director. Bri is the Owner & Principle Consultant of Alchemy Consultation & Training Services.
Hop Over To Bri's WebsiteFill out as little, or as much, of the intake form that you want. This is located in the sign up link. Arrive at the virtual group session with your snacks and beverage of choice and get ready to work.
Sit down for a 15 minute, laser-focused conversation with Liliana or Bri and get customized advice to start you off. (We will try to do this in a private zoom room as much as possible.)
Work solo the rest of the time and ask for help as needed. Nothing is off limits.
Come as your are, leave when you must.
When you arrive you let us know what youâre working on in the main zoom room area. People will come on and off camera and mute or un-mute according to their work pace and needs. Sometimes itâs the presence of others that can help you sort through stagnation. Oftentimes we are procrastinating because we are preserving brain space or donât know where to begin.Â
